Jim

With nearly 18 years in the industry, Jim Greene brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people to the Prodigy Pest Solutions team. He got his start in pest control as a part-time job in high school and quickly made it a full-time career, following in the footsteps of family members already in the business. Jim has experience in every form of pest control, including fumigation, but truly excels at tackling rodents and roaches.
For Jim, the most rewarding part of his job is helping people feel comfortable in their own homes again. He’s also a huge sports fan, particularly of football, baseball, and basketball. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him at one of his three sons’ sporting events or practicing with them. Most people don’t know that Jim has been working in residential pest control since he was 15, and he loves to spend his free time with his kids, ages 12, 7, and 2.
Jim’s professional philosophy is centered on one key principle: communication is everything. He believes that taking the time to educate and stay on the same page with customers is crucial for effectively solving pest problems and ensuring a great customer experience. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing how happy a customer is once an issue is resolved, knowing he has made a real difference in their daily life. Jim’s favorite pest to deal with is rodents because he can see the direct impact of his work.
His favorite thing about working at Prodigy Pest Solutions is the family environment and the genuine care the company shows for its customers. Having worked at many other companies, he feels Prodigy’s commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched.

Mike

With two and a half years of experience, Mike brings a strong sense of purpose to his role as a pest control technician. Having always been comfortable around bugs, insects, and rodents, he found his calling in a field where he can solve problems and help others. Mike specializes in nest removals as well as rodent removal and prevention, and his favorite part of the job is helping people who are unable to handle these problems on their own.

When he’s not working, Mike enjoys spending his time camping, fishing, playing games, practicing guitar, and reading graphic novels. He also has a talent for painting and drawing, something most people don’t know about him. Mike loves to relax by watching shows with his wife, and for a local activity, he recommends Marsh Creek for boat rentals and kayaking. He and his wife have two daughters, aged 11 and 13.

Mike’s professional philosophy is all about patience and attention to detail. He’s learned that taking your time and thinking before you act is crucial, as there is always a better way to approach a problem. His advice to newcomers in the field is to always be aware of the small details, as they can either complicate or simplify the job. Mike finds the most rewarding part of his work is making someone’s life simpler by doing his absolute best. His favorite pest to deal with is bald-faced hornets because he finds them to be the most aggressive yet easiest to handle, while his least favorite is yellow jackets because they’re always difficult to reach. What he loves most about working for Prodigy is the great opportunity he’s been given.

Bryant

With five years of experience in the pest control industry, Bryant Blunt brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for continuous learning to the Prodigy Pest Solutions team. While he may have “stumbled upon” the field, he quickly discovered a fascination with the ever-evolving methods, products, and techniques of the trade. Bryant is an expert in tackling some of the most challenging pests, including yellow jackets, bald-faced hornets, and German cockroaches.

Outside of work, Bryant enjoys detailing his car, going for long drives, and exploring new restaurants. His favorite local food spots include Bob’s Steak and Hoagies, Turkey Berry Halal, and Ms. Daisy’s—he’s not one to turn down an outing if food is involved! Bryant also loves spending his free time cooking with his mom.

Family is a big motivator for Bryant, who has a wonderful 8-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son. He says their random bursts of energy inspire him to be better every day. Though Bryant isn’t personally involved in community activities, his family is, through their non-profit Hands of Woodstock. They host book bag drives, block parties, giveaways, and neighborhood cleanups to help the community.

Bryant’s professional philosophy is simple: always ask questions if you don’t know the answer, and build a genuine rapport with every person you meet. The most rewarding part of his job is making a positive impact on a client’s life. While he enjoys the challenge of dealing with bald-faced hornets (and “leaving with a trophy”), he’s not a fan of European hornets due to their large size and loud, helicopter-like buzzing. Bryant’s favorite thing about working at Prodigy Pest Solutions is the clear communication and teamwork, which helps everyone stay on track with their goals.

Tyler

Tyler’s commitment to his work goes beyond simply eliminating pests; he truly enjoys making a positive impact on people’s lives by resolving their pest control concerns. He believes in the importance of attention to detail and adapting to each unique situation, a valuable lesson he’s learned throughout his career. He advises those new to the field to prioritize understanding pest behavior and communicating effectively with customers.

In his free time, Tyler channels his energy into Jiu Jitsu training at The Vault, spending time with friends, and enjoying leisurely walks and video games. He appreciates the collaborative and supportive atmosphere at Prodigy Pest Solutions, where teamwork is valued.

Bill

Bill Hartman is a seasoned expert at Prodigy Pest Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to every client. Bill’s journey in pest control began in late 2013, focusing initially on bed bug treatments, driven by a desire to assist his son-in-law and help people find relief from these challenging pests. Specializing in bed bug inspections and treatments, particularly the most effective methods, Bill is passionate about providing real solutions.

Outside of his professional life, Bill enjoys shooting pool, playing cards (especially Texas Hold’em), and passionately cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. A proud family man, Bill cherishes time with his daughter Sabrina, granddaughter Parker, grandson Carter, and his beloved Great Dane, Lola.

A valuable lesson learned throughout his career is the importance of integrity: “Never take anything that isn’t yours.” Bill’s advice to those entering the field is to “be prepared; it’s tough, demanding work.” The most rewarding aspect of his job is the gratitude and relief he sees in clients, often expressed with hugs of appreciation. Bill finds bed bugs to be his favorite pest to deal with, and he greatly values the teamwork and client-focused approach at Prodigy Pest Solutions.

Vincent

With 19 years of experience in the pest control industry, Vincent is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on problem-solving for both commercial and residential clients. He chose this field for its stability and has since built a career on customer satisfaction and lasting relationships. Vincent finds daily reward in doing a job he enjoys. While he appreciates the challenge of dealing with hornets, bed bugs are his least favorite.

Outside of work, Vincent cherishes time with his family, including his wife of 14 years (together for 25), his blended family of children and stepchildren (whom he considers his own), and his two grandchildren. He enjoys pickleball, movies, and relaxing in his backyard. He plays pickleball weekly and enjoys dining out. He also dedicates time to caring for his special needs cousin. Despite his tough exterior, Vincent is a very sentimental person.

Vincent’s professional advice to newcomers is to dedicate themselves to continuous learning about environmental protection. He has learned through experience that changing companies doesn’t always guarantee a better situation. He values working for Prodigy, a local family-owned business, and appreciates the supportive owners, especially the opportunity to work with Matt again.

Adelina

With five years of experience in the pest control industry, Adelina joined the field seeking to expand her skill set in a new environment. Her expertise lies in rodent control, particularly with mice. Adelina finds the most rewarding aspect of her job is helping others and being part of a team that collaboratively solves customer problems. She emphasizes the importance of setting clear expectations and building strong customer relationships through personable interactions.

Outside of work, Adelina is passionate about jiu-jitsu, both practicing and teaching kids and adult intro classes. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, traveling, and attending concerts. Her favorite local spots include The Vault Jiu Jitsu & Retreat, Burlap & Bean, and Whole Foods. She spends her free time focusing on jiu-jitsu, recovery, and reading. Adelina values working at Prodigy, where she is surrounded by genuine, driven, and ethical individuals who prioritize customer satisfaction. Her family includes her parents, brother, and her beloved dog.

Brittany

With six years of experience in the pest control industry, Brittany is passionate about helping people and bringing honesty to the market. As a Sales Manager, she excels at explaining pest control processes and building lasting relationships with customers. Her favorite aspect of her job, besides her amazing team, is connecting with clients. Brittany’s dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially when she hears positive feedback about the team’s service. She takes pride in helping customers rid their homes of even the toughest pests, like German cockroaches.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys hiking with her dog, exploring local coffee shops, and attending concerts. She also loves movies, art, and spending time in nature. In the spring and summer, she volunteers at local state parks for clean-up efforts. Brittany believes there’s always a solution and that loving your work is key to providing excellent service. She values the growth opportunities at Prodigy and appreciates the company’s focus on both team and customer well-being.
