With nearly 18 years in the industry, Jim Greene brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people to the Prodigy Pest Solutions team. He got his start in pest control as a part-time job in high school and quickly made it a full-time career, following in the footsteps of family members already in the business. Jim has experience in every form of pest control, including fumigation, but truly excels at tackling rodents and roaches. For Jim, the most rewarding part of his job is helping people feel comfortable in their own homes again. He’s also a huge sports fan, particularly of football, baseball, and basketball. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him at one of his three sons’ sporting events or practicing with them. Most people don’t know that Jim has been working in residential pest control since he was 15, and he loves to spend his free time with his kids, ages 12, 7, and 2. Jim’s professional philosophy is centered on one key principle: communication is everything. He believes that taking the time to educate and stay on the same page with customers is crucial for effectively solving pest problems and ensuring a great customer experience. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing how happy a customer is once an issue is resolved, knowing he has made a real difference in their daily life. Jim’s favorite pest to deal with is rodents because he can see the direct impact of his work. His favorite thing about working at Prodigy Pest Solutions is the family environment and the genuine care the company shows for its customers.
