In the 19082 ZIP, 59% of homes are attached rowhomes and twins, and about 60% were built before 1950 (U.S. Census). When pests live in one home on the block, shared walls and basements make it easy for German cockroaches, mice and bed bugs to spread next door. That is why our roach and rodent jobs include 2 follow-ups.
About half of households in the 19082 ZIP rent (U.S. Census), and bed bugs move in luggage, furniture and between apartments. Philadelphia Magazine named us Best Bed Bug Removal. Our heat treatment is harmless to your family and pets, and Aprehend is an option when heat is not practical.
Terminal Square and the West Chester Pike business district are packed with restaurants serving food from around the world. Our commercial team is AIB-certified for food safety and offers a free commercial evaluation, on site or by phone.
Penn State Extension notes a mouse can fit through a hole about the size of a dime and a rat through a hole about the size of a quarter. We seal gaps and holes smaller than a half dollar, and bigger repairs like door sweeps get a separate estimate.
The Delaware County Health Department reported West Nile virus-positive mosquito samples from Arlington Cemetery in Upper Darby in the summer of 2023. In2Care mosquito stations help cut down backyard mosquitoes.
