Millworker twins and post-war rowhomes along Darby Creek. Same prices, no travel fee.
Clifton Heights is a small borough of 6,863 people (2020 Census) on Darby Creek, about 5 miles from Media along Baltimore Avenue. It grew around the Kent Mills, which began making carpet yarn in 1839, and many of the original millworker houses still stand. Prodigy Pest Solutions has been family-owned by Matt and Sabrina Kelley since 2012, based just a few miles away in Morton.
Every technician who comes to your home is a Pennsylvania state-certified pesticide applicator, and Matt is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE). Philadelphia Magazine named us Best Bed Bug Removal. Fastest way to a price: text a photo of the pest, droppings or damage to 267-603-1811 for a fast, free quote.

In the 19018 ZIP, about 37% of homes are twins and rowhomes, another 28% are in apartment buildings, and about a third of households rent (U.S. Census). Shared walls let German cockroaches, mice and bed bugs move next door, so our roach and rodent jobs include 2 follow-ups.
Clifton Heights reached its peak population in 1960, and about 30% of homes in the 19018 ZIP were built before 1950 (U.S. Census), including 1800s millworker houses. Penn State Extension notes a mouse can fit through a hole about the size of a dime, so our rodent service seals gaps and holes smaller than a half dollar.
Darby Creek runs along the borough's northern edge. Next door in Lansdowne, the Delaware County Health Department counted 9 West Nile virus-positive mosquito samples in 2025. In2Care mosquito stations help cut down backyard mosquitoes.
Restaurants and shops around Baltimore Avenue and Springfield Road need steady pest control. Our commercial team is AIB-certified for food safety and offers a free commercial evaluation, on site or by phone.
