For years, Matt had envisioned a pest control company built on genuine customer relationships, a stark contrast to the profit-driven focus I witnessed at larger corporations. When our son, Carter, was on the way in 2012, we took the leap and launched Prodigy Pest Solutions in August, just months before Carter’s arrival in December.

Those early days were a whirlwind, to say the least. We started as a 24/7 emergency service, determined to make our mark.
